Terms of use

A short summary of the rules for using this website.

This is a summary in English. The Hebrew terms of use is the binding version; if this summary and the Hebrew text conflict or are unclear, the Hebrew text prevails: תנאי שימוש.

What this site is

Information about MEIDAY penetration testing, a price calculator and a quote request form, operated by מיי דיי (MEIDAY). You cannot order, pay or start a test here.

Prices

The calculator gives a non-binding price estimate based on the system details you enter, shown including VAT. Prices on the site include VAT at 18%, and the invoice uses the VAT rate in force on its date. The final price is set in a written quote after we verify the details and both sides agree on the scope of work in writing. If your system differs from what you entered, the quote may differ too. A pricing error on the site does not bind us.

A request is not an order

A quote request is only an inquiry. It is not an order or a contract, it does not bind you or us, and it does not authorize us to test anything. We may decline to quote.

Testing needs a signed agreement

We test only under a separate signed agreement that sets the scope of work, the authorized targets, written proof of ownership or authorization for each target, contacts (including one who can stop the test), approved time windows, safety boundaries, rules of engagement, and the separate deliverables of the finding validation by an OSCP tester if you ordered it. The agreement prevails over this site.

What you must not do

Do not request tests of systems you do not own or are not authorized in writing to test. Do not send passwords, keys, internal addresses, vulnerability details or other secrets through the site. Do not attack, bypass or overload the site.

Content and liability

Site content and the MEIDAY name belong to MEIDAY or its licensors. The sample report is fictional. Site information is general, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, MEIDAY is not liable for damage caused only by relying on general site information, except for intent or gross negligence.
