Accessibility statement
A short summary of what we did, what is still imperfect and how to reach us.
This is a summary in English. The Hebrew accessibility statement is the binding version; if this summary and the Hebrew text conflict or are unclear, the Hebrew text prevails: הצהרת נגישות.
Standard
The site is built to meet Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1 (2023), which is based on WCAG 2.0, at level AA. During development we also checked it against WCAG 2.2 AA. Conformance is still partial, as listed under known limitations.
We tested the site in current versions of Chrome and Firefox, on desktop and in a phone-sized view: automated axe checks on every page in light and dark mode, a full keyboard walk-through, zoom up to 400%, text spacing and text resizing, and high-contrast mode.
Statement last updated: 21.10.2026.
What we did
The site is built with semantic headings, landmarks and lists, and has a skip link on every page. The whole site works with the keyboard, and we walked through every page with the keyboard only. Form fields have labels and linked error messages, and the calculator announces estimate changes through aria-live. We checked that content reflows at 320 pixels wide and at 200% text size without horizontal scrolling. Contrast is covered by the automated axe checks in light and dark mode. Right-to-left text, reduced motion and light and dark themes are also part of the design.
Display preferences
The Accessibility button in the header opens a panel for text size, light or dark background, high contrast, link underlines and stopping animation, plus a reset. Settings stay in your browser. The panel does not replace the accessibility of the site itself.
Known limitations
- Third-party content: the Turnstile component that blocks automated form submissions is provided by Cloudflare, and we do not fully control its accessibility. If it stops you from using the form, you can email us instead.
- We tested the site with the Orca screen reader in Firefox on the main flows (navigation, calculator and form). In that test, speech sometimes stopped after the calculator moved to the next step. If something is not read out correctly, tell us.
Temporary accessibility faults, if any, will be posted here until they are fixed.
